Does One Commercial Cleaning require a long term service commitment?
Typically no. However, some clients may prefer the value and pricing consistency that a long-term contract can provide them.
What is the difference between cleaning and commercial cleaning?
Domestic cleaning is generally more varied and tailored to the individual needs of one or more persons, and confined to typical household tasks. Whereas commercial cleaning is generally focused on enabling the consistent day-to-day operation of business, such as cleaning of equipment or workspaces. Commercial cleaning is also more flexible in when work is completed.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of a 48 hour canellation notice to allow for sufficient time to reallocate staff to other work tasks. Changes to site access without notification may also be considered a cancellation if it disrupts work tasks.
What does it cost, and is it flat-rate or hourly?
For pricing accuracy, we normally schedule a free on-site quote to account for your specific needs.
Do you offer a free walkthrough or quote?

Do you run background checks on staff?
All our staff have full identification and background checks.
Who's my point of contact if something goes wrong?
Once your cleaning service starts, you will be given a point of contact you can call 24/7 if something goes wrong.
What types of cleaning do employees still normally have to do?
One Commercial Cleaning will work with you to provide a cleaning solution that meets your requirements and budget. This can include any cleaning tasks necessary to create a clean and productive environment. However, typically we recommend that all clients maintain a consistent standard of tidiness and general cleaning behaviours by staff, which allows our staff to then focus on major cleaning tasks such as surf wipedowns, floor cleaning and alike within the allotted cleaning times.
What payment methods do you provide?
We offer net 30-day invoicing.
Can I request one off services or additional work in addition to scheduled jobs?
Absolutely. Please contact us with your requriments and we will work with you to schedule it in.
What's included in a standard clean vs. what costs extra?
Standard clean normally includes cleaning of toilets, kitchen, wiping and sanitising of surfaces, changing of bin liners, and mopping and vacuuming floors. Any specific requests can be communicated to our team.
As an add-on, we can include window cleaning once a month and carpet cleaning once a quarter.
Are you insured?
Yes we are 100% fully insured.
Can you clean after hours so we don't disrupt operations?
Yes, during the quote process, we normally identify your needs and preferences, including whether you want us to clean during office hours or after hours.
How do you handle keys, alarm codes, and building access?
One of our biggest priorities is your security. All staff are trained and managed to handle keys, alarm codes and building access for your security and privacy.
